Include the original packing slip with a note explaining what you’re returning and why. If you do not have the packing slip, include a piece of paper with your order number and email.

Items must be in their original condition and unused unless defective. Please do not wash any textile items. Once the items are received, customers will be issued a refund excluding the original cost of shipping.
