Returns & Shipping
When your package is processed and scanned by the United States Postal Service, you will receive an automated email from us confirming that your order has shipped, along with updated tracking information. International orders receive tracking information as soon as the label is generated, but updates may take several days. If you have not received your shipping confirmation and tracking number yet, your order is likely still awaiting processing or pickup by USPS.
Please note that choosing Media Mail as your shipping service may result in slower tracking updates and delayed shipping confirmation.
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery, but we are unable to offer exchanges for any items that have been shipped or received.
To make a return:

Philadelphia, PA 19125 - Include the original packing slip with a note explaining what you’re returning and why. If you do not have the packing slip, include a piece of paper with your order number and email.
Items must be in their original condition and unused unless defective. Please do not wash any textile items. Once the items are received, customers will be issued a refund excluding the original cost of shipping.
If you received damaged or incorrect items, contact customer service along with photos of your claim. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. For incorrect items, along with your replacement we will also include a prepaid return label to send back the unwanted items. If replacements are not available, a full refund or store credit will be offered.
To cancel or modify an order after it's been placed, email customer service and please provide your order number.
At checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping service from the United States Postal Service. Costs are based on weight and transit speed:
- Media Mail: 3–8 days*
- Ground Advantage: 2–5 days
- Priority Mail: 1–3 days
The estimated transit times for these services reflect only the time USPS needs once they receive your package and are not equivalent to order turnaround times. If you’re unsure about your delivery date or have an urgent need, please contact customer service.
*Due to the holiday season, Media Mail shipments placed in November and December may take significantly longer to arrive.
mewithoutYou ships exclusively through the United States Postal Service but does not offer Priority Express shipping, which guarantees delivery within 1–2 days. Although this option is not available at checkout, it can be requested by contacting customer service, with additional costs applied.
mewithoutYou operates solely out of United States and does not have a European distributor for our merchandise. We do, however, offer international shipping at the absolute lowest rates available from the United States Postal Service.
Tracking information will be emailed when a label is generated but may take several days to update.
Pre-Ordering
Except for posters which require their own mailer, all items in your order will be held until everything can be fulfilled. To arrange a separate shipment for non-pre-ordered items in your checkout, please contact customer service. This may incur additional shipping costs.
To update your address for a pre-order, contact customer service with your order number, full name, and new address.
When a pre-order exceeds several months, a courtesy email will be sent to all customers informing them that their pre-orders are preparing for shipment, along with a reminder to update their address.
Estimated shipping times are listed on each product page. Delays may occur due to logistical or technical reasons, and customers will be notified of any significant setbacks by email with an updated timeframe.
Tracking will not be immediately available for pre-order items. Tracking numbers are generated only when a shipping label is created.

Digital Downloads
When you purchase a digital product, a download link will be provided at checkout. Additionally, you will receive an email with a link to access your downloads. Please note that digital products are non-refundable.

Digital Downloads offered through our website are available in high-bitrate MP3, FLAC, and WAV formats. Free downloads included with any physical purchase are immediately available as high-bitrate MP3s. However, both FLAC and WAV versions can be provided upon request with any verified purchase. To request these formats, please contact customer service.
If you do not see an email with a link to your digital download, it may have gone to you SPAM folder. If you are still having issues please contact customer service for assistance.
