Refund policy

Because we can’t always guarantee that we will have the size or style that you want in stock mewithoutYou does not offer exchanges for items shipped and received. We are however happy to take returns on any unworn and unwashed items up to 30 days after they have been delivered. Once the return is processed your money will be refunded to your account. You are then free to order a new item from the store.

To process the return you will need to send your item back to us with the original packing slip and a note stating that you wish to return them and and optional reason why. If you do not have the original packing slip please include your order number on the note.

Once we receive the item in the mail we will assess the item to see if it qualifies for return. It should have no signs of damage or use. If it an item is eligible for return we will start to process your refund. The refund will be for the itself the cost of shipping will not be included. In the case of a defective or incorrect item a full refund will be given regardless of its state.
