When you purchase a digital product, a download link will be provided at checkout. Additionally, you will receive an email with a link to access your downloads. Please note that digital products are non-refundable.

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery, but we are unable to offer exchanges for any items that have been shipped or received.

To make a return:

1. Package up your items and ship them to this address:

2. Include the original packing slip with a note explaining what you’re returning and why. If you do not have the packing slip, include a piece of paper with your order number and email.

Items must be in their original condition and unused unless defective. Please do not wash any textile items. Once the items are received, customers will be issued a refund excluding the original cost of shipping.
