We accept returns within 60 days of delivery, but we are unable to offer exchanges for any items that have been shipped or received.

Philadelphia, PA 19125 - Important! Include the original packing slip with a brief note explaining what you're returning and why. If you do not have the packing slip, please include a piece of paper with your order number and email.
Items must be in their original condition and unused unless defective. Please do not wash any textile items. Once the items are received, customers will be issued a refund excluding the original cost of shipping.
