These five shows will be taking the place of the traditional Holiday Shows we play around Philly. In case you’re unfamiliar, around Christmas time the band plays one or two small local shows around Philly (Johnny Brenda’s, The Barbary, The Church). It’s our gift to our hometown friends, family and fans that don’t really don’t get to see us play more than any other city.

People always ask us, “Why don’t you play Philly more often?” Well the answer is simple… somewhat: Economics. At this stage of the game you can’t just play your hometown any time you feel like it. As a business practice you have to hold back a little to maintain its specialness. Because when it’s special, there’s incentive, and when’s there’s incentive there’s results. The results in this case are ticket sales, the very thing that keeps live music venues running. So we are, in small way, helping out our local economy.
