Frequently Asked Questions about Pre-Orders

If I have other items in my order will they ship separately? 

Except for posters, all other items in your order will be held until they can all be fulfilled. Contact customer service to set up a separate shipment for non-pre-ordered items and pay an additional shipping fee.

 

When will my account be charged?

All items in your cart will be processed for payment at checkout to ensure quick turnaround for pre-ordered items.

 

When will my order ship?

Estimated shipping times will be listed on the product page. Delays may occur due to logistical or technical reasons. Customers will be notified of any significant setbacks by email with a new timeframe.

 

When will I be sent a tracking number?

Tracking will not be immediately available for pre-order items. Tracking numbers are generated when a shipping label is created. Customers will then be notified by an automated email after USPS scans that label. Choosing Media Mail may result in slower tracking updates and a delayed shipping confirmation.

 

What if I moved or need to change my address?

To update your address for an order, contact customer service with your order number, full name, and new address. A reminder email will be sent if you forget to update your address.
